As part of CIVIL’s conference “Perspectives 2022”, tomorrow the panel discussion “One Society for All – Present and Perspectives” will be held at the Holocaust Memorial Centre for the Jews of Macedonia in Skopje.
Panel participants include Robert Alagjozovski – National Coordinator for interculturalism and One Society, Xhelal Hodzic – Deputy Director of the Agency for Exercising the Rights of Communities, Eli Chakar – State Advisor at Ministry of Local Self-Government, Marina Tuneva – Executive Director of CEM, Lulzim Haziri – Executive Director of civil society organization ADI from Gostivar and Xhabir Deralla – President of CIVIL.
The panel, through video addresses and special interviews on this topic, will also include the participation of President Stevo Pendarovski, President of Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination Vesna Bendevska, Minister of Justice Bojan Maricic, Minister of Education and Science Mila Carovska and Minister of Labor and Social Policy Jagoda Shahpaska.
What is the situation with the implementation of the Strategy “One Society for All”? Where is there progress, what are the weaknesses? What are the expectations, recommendations and prospects for the year ahead? The participants of this part of the “Perspectives 2022” Conference will talk about the achievements and challenges in their areas so far, as well as what should be done and what is awaiting us in regards to the implementation of this concept in 2022.
The panel discussion will last 90 minutes and will be held in a combined format – with physical presence and online through the Zoom platform. After the addresses, there will be a discussion with the panelists and participants of the conference, while the online community will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions. The entire event will be broadcast live through the online platforms of CIVIL Media.
