CIVIL identified numerous irregularities by 18:00 hrs, especially in a Roma neighbourhood of Kochani, where complaints were submitted on bribery offered to voters of MKD 500. One person showed 7 identity cards and voted with each of them. Several cases were noted of promises made on contracts for purchase of tobacco and promises on paid snacks to be used in schools, should the citizens give their vote to a specific political party.
