Mersel Bilalli: Macedonia on political crisis

Civil - Center for freedom talked with Professor Mersel Bilalli. On this interview he gives his assessment of the electoral process. We asked him where were the words “fair and democratic” for election in the reports of OSCE / ODIHR. He explains what the misallocation of the party from the state shows.
